Are you ready to take the next step toward healing?

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or a sense of unease during a life transition, I am here to support you on your journey toward greater self-understanding and healing. I specialize in psychodynamic and relational therapy in Los Angeles, helping clients explore how early experiences, family patterns, and intergenerational trauma shape their present relationships and emotional life.

Therapy offers a pace to slow down, reflect, and begin to transform patterns that once helped you survive but now may hold you back. Together, we will work to bring awareness, compassion and clarity to your inner world—fostering meaningful growth and connection.

My Approach

I draw from a psychodynamic approach, which focuses on uncovering the roots of current struggles in past experiences, and a growth mindset, which emphasizes your capactiy for change and resilience. I integrate other theoretical approaches, dependent on your specific need and context. In our work together, I strive to create a space that balances deep exploration of the past with a practical framework for moving forward.

My goal is to help you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself and those around you—one that leads to lasting emotional well-being.

About Me

I’m Kristine Moe (she/her), a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMF #150745) providing in-person therapy in Silverlake, Los Angeles, and online across California.

As a first-generation American whose parents emigrated from a war-torn country, I understand the experience of navigating multiple identities and cultures. My therapeutic lens is culturally attuned and grounded in curiosity, depth, and respect for your unique story.

Before my role as a therapist, I have been a teacher, writer, entrepreneur, university administrator, volunteer organization leader, and coach. Each of these roles have deepened my appreciation for personal growth across the lifespan and the many identities we carry — as parents, partners, children, siblings, professionals, and creative beings.
